Marnie, une vieille femme flétrie qui ne supporte plus son apparence physique, décide de rajeunir sa peau. Pour ce faire, elle rend visite à un scientifique expérimenté en potions miracles. Mais ce dernier refuse d'utiliser sa dernière invention incertaine sur sa patiente car elle n'a pas été préalablement testée sur l'être humain. Marnie exécute alors le professeur et s'injecte elle-même une dose phénoménale du produit. Elle devient "Satanik", une jeune femme séduisante.
